Going away for 2-3 weeks and wont be able to run on a track. How do i keep my speed up? Im used to doing flying 30s/50s and accelerations weekly. Running 2/400/800.

Why worry about keeping your speed up? That matters, because......? And just how much of those jets would you lose in three weeks?
I dunno how much I'll lose, I've always been running fast on track so Im worried that when I stop running max for 3 weeks, I'll lose some speed. It matters because I want to be in good shape for race when I get home.

You can still do 30-50 meter flying accelerations. You can use a parking lot and estimate the distance . You can also find a small hill or parking garage ramp and do sprints on those. 6-12 seconds. You can also do 100 meter strides almost anywhere. The goal is to maintain your fitness.

Thanks, I'll find a parning lot. Do u have any recommwndations for keeping up speed endurance to, or will that be the 6-12s hills, should I do like 8-10 of em?
I'll fill the other days with some fartlek/aerobic runs and strides afterwards.
