Earlier in the day I could've swore Noah Lyle's 10.16 was good enough for 21st place and the final spot in the semifinals. He even tweeted that he had made the semi's. But now I'm looking at the results and they've switch from him being 21st to 22nd and Dyestat said he missed it by .002 seconds. Can someone explain what happened? Did they forget to record someone's time initially?

Isaiah Young was originally called for a false start in the first heat and DQ. He ran under protest, finishing 2nd. His appeal was granted and he was awarded 2nd in the heat and advanced to the next round.

Dont know what happened with Start 1 but Start 2 shows his RT as 0.098. Isnt that too quick?
Why advance only 21? It's an 8 lane track, why not advance 24?
