Setting it all up for the expected DNF.......
.@NickSymmonds told KTIK there is probably a 10% chance that he will #SpikeUp on Friday.
Sad deal. Says he will be the RunGum CEO soon.... which means after the trials.
First he does not get into Paris Hiltons pants
Now he does not go to 2016 OG
Since he failed to join a very large seemingly non exclusive group, one that perhaps numbers in the low hundreds, failing to join a select group of only three should not be a shock to anyone.
he should put his money where his mouth is and get involved in USATF and try to change things from the inside instead of just yapping away from the fringe

Yet he's gone to the Olympics twice before. Your joke sucks loser.

Yeah, I'm sure he'd get a job interview from USATF...
I told this board that I 100% guaranteed that he was out over a week ago. No one asked me my source but just assumed I was a hater. I am not.

Start at the local level and many posts within USATF do not require getting hired
that's rough, hope he gets better soon
Symmonds is all talk anymore. Quite annoying
Will John Legere get his money back from the tatoo spot he bought on Nick's shoulder?
I wish there were more like him -- athletes who have firm convictions and stick to their gums...I mean guns...and are willing to be in the spotlight. He's a magnificent elite athlete who took a stand last year and consequently paid the price willingly, and now, unfortunately, he is struggling with an injury at a key time. I feel sorry for him not getting a chance to again produce magnificently in the Olympic Trials, as he had in the past -- or for failing to make the team, for that matter. I feel for any injured athlete, jerks or saints, who can't live up to their potential in a once-every-4-years meet.
Maybe if he didn't train 10 lbs overweight all year round he wouldn't get a stress fracture.
RIP Nick Symmonds. Surely this is the end of his career. While I haven't always agreed with what he has said, he always manages to be entertaining on and off the track. Even if you think he's moronic, I don't think you can deny that when executed properly, his style of racing is exciting.
I'm still not buying RunGum though

Umm, Jon should review HIPAA.
Run Gum CEO? Isn't that comparable to having your own lemonade stand? Seriously, who the f buys that?
truth be told. wrote:

Agreed he should not be talking about patients. That is one of the reasons I do not go to him anymore.
