Mary's not certain it will be all together by the Trials but as a fan of American track I was encouraged by her words.

Mary ran a 55 400 back in high school as a junior, i dont think she needs to move up in distance rather she should follow in the footsteps of Rowbury and be a 1500/5k runner (not that her 1:59 800 as a jr isnt impressive!).

I agree. That 4:13 and 15:45 was impressive and a huge step in the right directions. It seems she has stuck through the rough patch and is bouncing back. Good for her.
