USA Triathlon is trying to find its next Olympic star through its Collegiate Recruitment Program (CRP). CRP Manager Barb Lindquist, a former World #1 for the US in triathlon and an ex-collegiate swimmer from Stanford, is back on LetsRun.com to discuss her recruitment efforts and also get us up to speed about the Triathlon Olympic Team before Rio.
USA Triathlon has had great success in the past with the program as one of the favorites for gold in Rio, Gwen Jorgensen, came through the CRP and was a runner for the University of Wisconsin. Gwen had never done a triathlon until 2010, made the Olympic team in 2012, and now she's an Olympic favorite.

Barb, since we did this in the fall, USA Triathlon has selected its Olympic teams. Can you get us up to speed on the current Olympic Team? I know Gwen Jorgensen and Sarah True (she's married to US 5k hopeful Ben) are on the team, but without cheating and googling I think that's all I know. Can you give us an update on the team? and what their backgrounds were and how many came through the CRP?
