Collins was beating Andre de Grasse and others and just when I thought "I can't believe he's doing this" he had a groin or hamstring problem and pulled up badly.
Collins is now 40 and had run 9.93 two races ago, then won the Birmingham DL meet over Mike Rodgers last weekend and was about to beat De Grasse here.
Final, wind: +0.6

Who said its over? He was able to finish the race, could just be a strained hammy or cramp.

Hopefully Collins will recover quickly, it'll be a real shame for him to miss out on these Olympics cause you never know, if he does go we maybe seeing a possible 40 year old finalist and maybe even a 40 year old medalist (at the mo, I can't decide who will come third after Gatlin).
But also maybe this injury here shows he is aging and with age, running becomes harder -

Doesn't bad right now, looks like cramp possibly from the cold weather, but I just hope nothing has tweaked. Bad cramp can cause strains. -

If you have Gatlin in second and Bolt in third who do you have as the winner? -
Mo Greene

Marion Jones FTW!

I think Bolt will win without a doubt, Gatlin second and then its an open field for 3rd I honestly have no idea, it could be anyone from Jimmy Vicaut to the likes of an NCAA sprinter who makes the team

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? -
St Kitts in the house! I remember going there on vacation. The locals were floored when I brought up Kim Collins and knew his results/who he was. I remember talking to a few guys and before I knew it there was like 20 people in the conversation. Spent a good amount of time talking track and soccer with them. The next few days it was like someone had told the island about this crazy American guy. We would walk into any store or restaurant and be instantly recognized. Was invited (and went) to dinner at a few of the locals houses over the next couple of days. My wife still to this day talks about it like it was an out-of-body experience. Good times. I need to get back there.
