I ran it alone and winds were about 20 mph. Any chance at sub 2:05?

Forgot to mention, first 4 felt really relaxed, 5th was hard, and 6th was pretty much max effort

What if the OP's 400 PR is 48?
And what about 42s with the 6th at 39, with a 48-low 400 PR?
I can do about the same but a little faster.. like averaging 45-46 with only 2 minute rest jogging rest. I ran 2:06 but my potential was like sub 2:05 I never learned to run a great race but managed to run 53 in the 4x4. Try doing this workout... 4x300 hitting 45-46, 4x200 hitting 30 flat and under, and then 4x100 hit sub 15-14 with 2 minute rest. If you hit these times you can run sub 2:05.. two of my teammates did it and he managed to run a 2:01.
I was going to say 2:03 to 2:04 but factor in the wind and I'm going say 2:02.
2:08
2:30 is too much rest, do it with 2:00 and if you are very expereinced at 800m (meaning you can pace properly and have a 2 sec. differential) you can run what you average for the 300s for 800m
while descending the pace is nice, it would have been better to run 46 high for all of them and have to deal with the more acidic environment earlier.
I am in agreement with the last poster. 6 x 300m is not that correlated as a test with 800m performance. A better test would be 600m hard; 5:00 rest; 400m hard, and take an average pace. The 300m runs as proposed never significantly dip into the anaerobic.
