I don't know. Dan has been a pretty plain vanilla guy that hasn't seen huge gains, pretty much ever. He does okay for a few weeks, then gets stale, as a clean athlete should.

But, this is IOC sport after all, so maybe he just keeps it quiet like a Cadel Evans or something. There is no way to know.

Many cyclists move/live in Spain as pros.

I'm sorry, but someone running 925/922 for 3k in no way could run that 10k time that quickly after unless drugs were involved.

UKAD has no testing reports. None. There is no way to know if they do any testing independent of the federations in the UK.

British Athletics posts some test data.

The lightest possible testing schedule possible.

We already know just because someone has positive test results doesn't mean they'll be sanctioned.

The bottom line is there is so little information, and so much corruption there is little confidence in IOC sports.
