Your an idiot. Then explain why he coaches and trains some of the better athletes in the region? I’ve been part of numerous clubs over the years and honestly this is the first team I feel
Like supports there athletes. He has a number of OTQ athletes, how many coaches can say that.
Kindly take your remarks and flush them down the toilet
Does the Capital District still have the deep running scene it used to? There used to be a ton of talent up in that area and I’m curious how deep it is now.

I agree with you, he steals works. Can’t coach elite runners, also judges others that have the same issues he struggles with. He is a fraud

Yeah If you want to be part of a cult that actually doesn’t really see huge improvements, that thrives on people new to the sport. He can’t coach, and the strength is not made for runners. There is a reason his former athletes have thrived with other coaches. He is a phony
He had one OTQ girl that already hit the the time before joining him. 🤣 I can name 5 coaches locally that have had more than him.

Awwwwwwwwkward.
Matt Nark has some serious issues and harnesses a toxic environment. Make sure you text him right away or else he will harass you at 10:30 at night with other texts messages trying to make you feel negative about yourself (very unprofessional). Also uses you as a product for his dumb instagram account. Wanna to feel good about yourself and enjoy running, then don’t join Nark running strategies.
No idea who this dude is but it's silly to say someone "steals" workouts. Training is training. If it's effective, a coach would be stupid not to implement it, even if someone else did it "first"
When Lydiard came up with (or popularized) the concept of steady running, was everyone else who trained that way "stealing" his workouts?
