I'm a 200/400 runner that is looking to train year round for the 400. My season has just ended and I'll be taking at least 6 weeks off before I begin training again. For the off season, how many sets, reps and rests should I be doing for each of the off seasons including summer, fall and winter? What else should be done for the hamstrings? Please be specific in your answer. Ex: 3 sets of 20 of squats in the summer, 3 sets of 15 of squats in the winter, etc.
