Over the weekend I did a long run, and at the end I noticed that the bottom outside of my shoe hurt (didn't really feel it a lot until I finished running and took my shoe off). It hurts right around here:

I think it might be peroneal tendonitis, so I've been rolling out a lot and icing which seems to help. I tried running on it and it seems like I can still do longer runs, it just hurts to turn a bit but the pain is not too bad, kind of like a bruise.
The area is inflamed though, but I can walk on it and don't actually feel it very much when I walk. It will occasionally randomly hurt a bit more but not enough to prevent me from walking, and I can run on it.
Has anyone ever run through an injury like this?
