Alright so I'm finishing seventh grade and I've started training again after a few easy runs after track finished. Now is my running pace fine? When I run let's say 2.5 miles my page is somewhere around 6:50 and when I run let's say 3 miles to 3.5 my pace is around 7-7:20. Is this good pace that will help me improve? I'm slowly building mileage and within few weeks am gonna increase my long runs to 4-4.5 miles. (Ps PRs are 12:16-3200 and 5:51-1600.
