Whatever happen to good trainers? Everything they make is some loud color , heavy air max or some free type shoe that u can't run any mileage in. They have butchered the Pegasus 32 w narrowness and a hard inflexible heel... Don't know why they think necessary change everything that was once good about them.
The Nike Lunaracers is one of the all-time best training/racing shoes.
Zoom Streak 5's are great for me for training and racing. Light, durable, fast, easy on feet. I get 750 km's from a pair. On my 6th pair of these shoes (I keep 3 pairs in rotation).
The Nike Lunaracer (and derivatives using the same midsole) is a tolerable Nike shoe these days.
Current rotation of Lunaracers, Lunar Tempo 2, Zoom Elite 8, Zoom Streak 5 and Zoom Streak LT are pretty tough to top. Already looking forward to Lunaracer 4, Zoom Streak 6 and Zoom Elite 9.
The new Pegasus 33 now has forefoot air as well.
