Tuesday: Warm up, 200s or 400s with 200 jog recovery, cool down (Efforts flat out)
Wednesday: 10 - 12 miles (7:00 - 7:30 pace)
Thursday: Warm up, 800s or 1000s with 2 min jog recovery, cool down (Efforts at 5k pace)
Friday: 6 miles (7:20 - 8:00 pace)
Saturday: Warm up, 4 - 8 mile tempo, cool down (6 miles and under at 5:50 - 6:00 pace, 7 or 8 miles at 6:00 - 6:10 pace)
60 - 70 mpw
Also do core 3 x per week

Been doing this schedule in periodisation since October 2015, 8 - 12 weeks, 5k race, 2 weeks easy runs, Repeat. Gone from 18:11 - 17:09, if I keep doing it, how long till I crack 17? Any advice on what I could change or add in would be appreciated also.
