Is Konstanze Klosterhalfen update?

I dont know about her training, but she is sheduled to run 3000m tomorrow in pliezhausen and the 800m in the new adidas boost meeting.

did run the 3000m in 8:55 today. solo run in windy conditions. second runner was more than 20 sec behind. Last year she did did run around 9:20.

Thanks for the information. Hope she stays injury free and becomes a Diamond League regular, she's got a beautiful running action.

Not quite Diamond League yet, but a very impressive solo race in Ostrava just now defeating much stronger runners like England in her trademark front running style. The other women didn't accept the speed of the second pacemaker, only Klosterhalfen did and brought it home.

Serious, serious talent.

She is the young girl who showed indoors to have 'a few worrying signs'......i.e. overly lean etc. come on people we've seen this before, stress fractures not to mention potential eating disorders ("I'm too fat!") are issues we've seen before. I thought she looked sickly during indoors. Good luck.

What do you mean by this? She seems to move her head from side to side and it starts to roll when she's tiring. She also looks like she holds her arms a little too wide and her shoulders roll, too.There's nothing wrong with her form and I dislike the attention people like AlSal pay to fixing little kinks here and there--I think it's a waste. But I don't understand how anyone could say she has a "beautiful running action."

beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder said a wise person. another advise for life. if you come somewhere just to say negative things about subjectif topics, just dont write or say anything at all. you will benefit from that in the long run

she'll run 4:04 or something in June, then will disappear for 6 weeks, then reappear in a video on twitter pool running because she has like 8 stress fractures.

Now she has a decent 800m PB running a 2:01.55 on friday.

yes a great time for her. improved her PB by 2 seconds. U20 championships next week will be very interesting

She will run tomorrow in the 3000m U20 world championship may double up for the 1500m after that.

got the bronze medal in 8:46.74 behind two ehtiopians. made the pace for most of the race and was only overtaken on the last 400m

Can we try to get away from saying all skinny people are sickly and need to eat more?

2 of my 3 daughters are naturally skinny and eat like grown men. Both are runners and get constant comments on how they need to eat more. I have had to witness them crying from comments and from some girls that bully them for being skinny.
