I can understand this. Did Hudson mean it more in terms of the experiential aspect of running or more in terms of the performance/fitness aspect?
I have a 5k coming up this weekend. Coming off a winter injury, I have been able to do a fair amount of progression and tempo work, but little to no structured VO2 max stuff (i.e. track intervals). I feel great right now, having done a number of 10-mile tempos in the last 3-4 weeks.. We will see what happens.
Three little miles...that is all it is...three little ones, and the little .1 at the end.
Actually, to be precise, no track intervals since late January, just before the injury.
