3 days before i have a big 3000m race.
I do not want to decrease my mileage because i have spring track in a couple weeks. I just did a hard speed workout today involving, 600's, 400's, and 200's. The meet is on monday. What type of stuff should i be doing? Should i do a hard workout tomorrow? I want to have at leats 7 mi per day over the next 3 days.
