it is a good start. He looks 100 times better than before. If I were Sarah, I'd get nervous, since chicks are certainly going to notice his new appearance.

That said, it is easy to gain mass when you're 5'4". Try the same if you're 6'2". A lot more difficult. But the benchmark is the same, you won't be considered BUFF or a real man unless you clear the elusive 200 LBS MARK. He still has a long way to go to get there.

Hall is listed at 5'10".

Probably started taking testosterone after he retired.

Damn, I'd be interested to know his T levels now.
