Saw him at the Boston Marathon expo and thought he looked way bigger than he used to. Figured it was fat, but guess not.
How tall is he?
This is not hard at all to attain. Good for him though.
Haha what the mother trucker. Jacked!!
After years of living as a living skeleton I'm sure having some muscles is a nice change.
Nice!! I bet Sara is very happy...looking good!
OOooh...he looks cute! I like him better like this!
What kind of "supplements" is he taking?
What used to be 15hrs of running is now 8hrs of lifting and light cardio during the week. Makes sense.
Real questions are has it helped his low T, and is it Sara Approved(tm)?
Hmm, he deleted the tweets for some reason
Proof he reads letsrum
Stupid auto correct. Of course I meant whacked.

What do you think X-fit guy?
Looks like the links are down but I found this one:https://twitter.com/ryanhall3/status/723177889991155712
it is a good start. He looks 100 times better than before. If I were Sarah, I'd get nervous, since chicks are certainly going to notice his new appearance.
That said, it is easy to gain mass when you're 5'4". Try the same if you're 6'2". A lot more difficult. But the benchmark is the same, you won't be considered BUFF or a real man unless you clear the elusive 200 LBS MARK. He still has a long way to go to get there.
Hall is listed at 5'10".
Probably started taking testosterone after he retired.
Damn, I'd be interested to know his T levels now.

You imperial guys are such wimps.
200 lbs is only 90.7 kg. In the real world you need to clear 100 kg to be considered a real man.
You are a wuss, bro.
