5x600m Float, so pace 200 (30 secs), relax 200 (36-40s), hard 200, 4mins rest. 1:33, 1:35, 1:37, 1:40, 1:43
Few days later, 3x250m, 2x200m all on 4 mins rest, 33, 33, 35, 27, 27

1:55
What would I need to come through the 400 at to hit 1:55?

About 56
And my guess is 2.05. The last two 200s all out on 4 min rests drag it all down, as does the steady decline in the 600s.

Seconding 2:05. I'd recommend going through 400 in about 60.
Nothing about this workout says sub 2 shape, but if you really wanna give sub 2 a shot, hit 400 no slower than 58. If you think you're in 1:55 shape (I wouldn't say you are based on these workouts) then aim for 55 high to 56 low at 400.
What's your 400 best right now? That might change how you should approach the race.
1:59 or so. go through the 400 in a 58. not a whole lot of speed potential but ability to run decent after the 400 in that 600 workout.

I have not run a 400m this year. I ran an indoor 4x4 at like 54low split in January, after running my mile PR 4:37 2hrs prior.
I'd say 1:58.8.
I could see you going 28.5-58.2-1:28.4-1:58.8 in an intelligently paced race, or 26.9-56.6-1:27.8-2:01.3 in a dumb one.
I ran 2:03.32
I was on pace to break 2 at 700m but that last 75m, my legs...

you would think that to be "on pace" for sub-2, you would need to be around 1:45 for 700m, but in reality you would need to be more like 1:43.xx.
You were on pace for 2:02 and you faded.
