hello i wa wondering if it is good to change to forefoot runnin from heel striking in my situation.i have shoes with insoles against overpronation now and i am a verry uneconomical runner(65 ml o2 = 6:30 pace)
I experimented already with forefoot landing because i seem to get the one injurry after the other now lat year from no eason what so ever i know.
1)
I ran already one week forefoot.I sthe technique like they show in pre's movie the right one(landding on the side of the little toe then go foreward with the foot while pulling of at the big toe?) it is a diagonal from the soft fat thing under the small toe to the big toe itself for push off?

ALso can u run a marathon that way evenutally(i will try one eventually not that i want to run many though i know i am build more to 5k.

will your body become more economic the first week i ran on my forefoot my 8 min mile pce increased from 150 bpm to 160 bpm
