I don't get the general hatred towards Mo and NOP on this site. I really don't get it. What am I missing? I am not American, Is that it?
Mo was a refugee from Somalia to England aged about 7, and has developed into the premier distance runner in the world, after years and years of hard work. He's developed his stamina, strength, kick, top speed, and his anaerobic ability late in a race to smash a fast last lap after a fast wind-up. He really is the complete package.

The evidence that came out was of legal, authorised TUEs, and not very many of them. The NOP athletes (and Rupp cops even more flak) pass all the tests, and there is no evidence associating them with the serious stuff like EPO. What they are being accused of is microdosing substances that don't really give you that big a boost anyway. OK, this does not necessarily mean they are clean, but what happened to innocent until proven guilty?
I judge others by my standards. I don't think I would deliberately break the rules, AND risk permanent disgrace, to go faster and win. How could you sleep at night with that gold medal around your neck? However many here assume they (Mo and NOP) cheat and accuse them ad nauseam. What does that say about you?

As everyone knows, I have always defended Mo as one of the PRETTY GOOD runners of all time. Maybe not great, certainly not greatest, but definitely a competitive guy who has beat a few people. No need to hate on him.
Gets schooled by Bekele, dropped by Kamworor and Karaki, but that's ok, he still wins sometimes. Outkicked by Soi and Gebrhiwet but he can still finish pretty fast. Give him his due.
He's also figured out that if you shave your head absolute clean bald it gives you an advantage in heat dissipation. Hair soaks up sweat and reduces the surface area of scalp where it evaporates into the passing breeze. You need a good breeze on your scalp, and pour water on it regularly too.
