I developed some lower left abdominal pain in near the groin area. Not sure how it happened or when but I initially thought I had a side stitch and pushed through it. no big deal. but it feels faint and distant. Nearly two weeks later I'm still running and only feel the side pain during warm up or if I'm doing a near full out sprint. it also shows up late during my speed workouts. I also feel it pull in my groin/ab area if I have a deep sneeze. Currently doing a lot of stretching for the groin area, and thinking of jumping into barbell back squats and deadlifts to get my strength back up. I do not feel any noticeable bulge in my pain area either. How long should I expect for this to go away? I'm still getting my easy runs and even a tempo runs with not much of an issue. Help?
