Shaq is a big guy with a big stride, but it is still amazing that he can walk that fast.
You're thinking of Shaquille O'Neal not Shaquille WALKER.

Easy mistake to make. They both look remarkably alike.
impressive.
In the same meet, the decline of Bernie Montoya continued.
He ran 4:09 for 11th place in the 'premier' section of the mile.
That guy was a supreme talent. Sad to see it go to waste.
Actually, you are so wrong. Bernie is on track to being the runner he once was. It is April 11, he doesnt have to be running 4 minutes. That was the best mile he has run in 2 years after being told he had a heart condition that could kill him at any moment. His comeback is on track and he will be a force to deal with soon. Keep it up Bernie......you are doing fantastic.
Y is he running if he has a heart condition? Idiot

Not terrible. Almost as good as Vasquez.
I'm loving the tall socks! Splits of 50.8-54.1 and looked smooth doing it! Pulled away from Deng big time the last 150. I think he can go faster with some competition. Move over O'Neal, there's a new Shaquille in town!
