Ran a 800m today in 2:24 with 25 mph winds blowing so very strong. Obviously I know there is no official conversion but with this strong of winds what is the effort level time (with light to no winds)?

Was it wabbited? Did you run on the inside of lane 1 or the outside of lane 1? Was the track banked? Was the track mondo or cinders? Were you forced to run wider than lane 1 at any point?
We also need these variables to help convert your time.
1:47.64 at least

You did the conversion backwards; more like 3:02
Wind definitely matters. It can get frustrating trying to get a good time in March, April, and even early May in some states in the USA.
What state do you live in? As a coach I told my kids to be patient as all our good times would come in late May. What matters is how you do against the competition. Try to focus on who is finishing ahead of you from other schools and try to beat them the next time you race.
