I'm a junior in high school looking to take my times to the next level. I run the 800/mike. And will be doing XC next fall. My training is very serious so I think this is the next step to my success. I am a 4:30 miler and by no means just "participate in track"
I'm 5'9 and weigh 150 lbs. I run 30-40 miles a week, and still weigh this. I'm pretty toned even though I don't lift. Not trying to brag but I guess I'm naturally pretty muscular. I don't think I'm fat or anything, I have a visable 6 pack (to a point).
Would it make sense for me to drop 5-10 pounds over the next few months?
I do eat a ton of junk and always seem to be hungry. Does anyone have any advice on how to go along with losing weight?
