I am a 16 year old junior high school runner, I just ran a 17:35 5km and I want to break the 17 mark I run about 20miles a week because it feels comfortable.9 months ago I ran my first 5km in 20:25 those weeks were my first time ever running and today was my second 5km I don't run repeats over 1000m because I train for mid distance but I'm willing to train longer to go sub 17.what are some workouts I can do and how hard should my easy days? My easy days are usually 7:47 should
