Your conversion from 400 to 800m is poor so that workout was meaningless
I do that exact same workout w/ 3 minutes rest in between each one (25 to 26 seconds) and run 52.3/1:58 indoors. If your rest is similar to that you're either a 200 runner or underachieving.
