Adios Boost 3: Wider toe box, major improvement in that aspect from the Adios Boost 2. Otherwise, a very similar shoe to v2. Size 13 weight: 9.6 oz. Advertised size 9 weight: 8.1 oz.
Hoka Clayton: Almost too much room in the toe box now, at least compared to Clifton v1. The forefoot is much firmer, similar to the Huaka. But here's the thing that grinds my gears: they advertise the weight at 7.3 oz for size 9. Size 13 weight is 10.2 oz. Seems way off. It's almost the same weight as the Clifton 1 (10.4 oz, size 13).
Hoka seems off with their advertised weight on the Clayton. Just a word of caution if you think these could be a lightweight marathon shoe for you. They're not.
