.. just done this session.. & felt quite comfortable (could have continued repping for another 2k i.e 10 repeats)..
Weekly mileage is usually around 80/90k. (train 5/6 x a week, when 5 days i do one long run and one medium long run to compensate for the extra rest day + 2 quality track workouts and another 12/15k easy.)
Haven't raced for a long while so I don't know what I am capable to run during a proper paced competition.
What should I expect for a 3,000m/5,000m?
