2:00 minutes in 200m !?holy wowza. why not just walk? that's 16:00 mile pace, LOL (aka: walking)i run 400m rest intervals in 2:00-15 typically for reps between 800m-2000mhere's the 2 workouts I do where i generally know how my 5k will go if i don't struggle through it. You need to be able to keep your form and know you could have pushed harder, epecially on the the 5 times 1k:(1) 5 x 1000m w/ 60 second jog in 3:05-3:10 each where each rep gets faster (3:10, 3:08, 3:07, 3:05, 3:05 and i ran 15:49)(2) 400m/800m/1600m/800m/400m400m @ mile-3k pace800m @ 5k1600m - 10k or slightly fasterNo rest between each distance, you just change pace and it's 4k continuous running. the 1600m is "the rest". i don't push super hard until the 400m, and i usually go all out for the last 200-300m. it's kind of a weird one, and i do it about 17-21 days before the race, but i prefer the 5 x 1000mgood luck.

Based off my friend who runs almost exactly those times when we do 5x1000s I would say to expect somewhere in the 16:10-16:30 range. at least that what my friend is running consistently over the last 4-5 5Ks.
Our rests are 200M though, so about 2 mins not 60 seconds.
