today, i did a 4 x 1500 workout, with 3 mins gentle jog in between on track. It was 4.39, 4.38, 4.40 and 4.44.
I got back running last july after a 6 month injury, and ran a 54.30 10 miler on road at christmas. I'm 17 years old.This was my fourth track session since getting back. I do 40-55 miles a week.
Any opinions on what i can run for 3000 at the moment, off that workout???? I'd also appreciate any opinions on my capability for the season over 300. Cheers guys.
