I just wanted to know what you guys think about the Garmin Heart Rate Monitor (Soft Strap)? Do you guys think this heart rate monitor is accurate? Or do you guys think are heart rate monitors in general accurate? I have the garmin forerunner 620, and for this posts sake, lets say I'm doing an easy 7 mi run at 7:30 pace. Some days my heart rate is higher than it is other days and i'm not really sure why it is so high. What do you folks think? Is my heart rate monitor inaccurate? Or am I just not recovered enough. Also do you people think heart rate training is good, or should I just ditch the heart rate monitor? Im in high school btw.
