Ok not fat by many people's standards. However I've gone from a 130-135ish racing weight which felt good during training, to almost 150 now after being injured for a while and not being able to train. Guess I was too used to burning all those calories off. Anyway, what's the best strategy to getting back to my old self by losing the fat and not the muscle? How long will it take and how much of a calorie deficit should I go for daily? I can only run around 30-40mpw right now but I'll be bringing it back up (used to be around 80) whenever my body allows it. I know I'll probably get the "run more, eat less" response, and I get that, but looking for more specifics to do it right.
