There had been talks that Farah would be going for Daniel Komen's 7:24 WR but he said today that's not the case. Will he get a world leader (7:39.04) and perhaps Dave Moorcroft’s outright 3000m UK record of 7:32.79 ?

7:39 might be a world lead if 800+ GOAT Choge falls over at least twice. The indoor 3000 is his best event.

BBC coverage just started, Crammie says he's not sure he can see the light at the end of the tunnel for athletics.
-
Kzczot wins easily in the 800m, Aman was poorly placed at the back and went down.
-
sad 800m race.... whatever happened to Rimmer? Such promise as a kid and just never reached potential.
No idea why he's even still competing. -
Kszczot makes it look so easy that I'll almost have to blame him for blatant doping. But everyone else is running badly, Kszczot's winning times are nothing special.
-
Great 1500m there, Iguider blows away Soueliman.

Yes, but the organizers subtly accuse Souleiman of doping by misspelling his name on the bib. Very clever. -

I don't want to agree, but I think I do. -
He also said he thinks its still gonna get worse before it gets better. Probably means he thinks more countries with state doping are going to materialise.

I was thinking just the same. I'm sure she'd love to race without facing cheats from Russia this summer though.
Nice run and pb from Laura Muir. -
Slow times in sprints, maybe not the fastest track.

How long until a photo of runner with an "I run clean" bib is featured in a drug bust story?

Well, she doesn't do too badly with it. 8.50 is marginally faster than my outdoor pb.
