Weekdays: go to bed around 10:30, wake up at 7:20 = 8 - 9 hours a night

Wake up 5am and go to bed 10pm everyday. So 6-7 hours depending how quickly I fall asleep.
Go to bed at 8:30-9 up at 4:20 for running during winter months. 52 yrs old and it's not enough sleep.
2200-0630 mostly.
If I work a 'short' 8 hour day I will often take a 45 min nap prior to ~5pm run.
Saturday afternoon I will take a 1-3 hour nap time permitting, especially >20miles in AM.
