Standard conversion is about 1.4 x 300 = 400m (One I normally use is actually 1.3964x) - so that would be 45.95 - 46.05. This guy is obviously a sprinter (sure as heck isn't a distance guy with that speed), and while any conversion isn't always a perfect fit, this is a reasonable "ballpark" figure/range.

It is not a difficult equation, just set up an equality 32.9/300=x/400 and solve for x. Are you an idiot?
