not odd.
He appears to be slightly fat only due to being around others who have that skeletal anorexic look.
Most runners look like they could use a meal.
He takes stuff that is basically legal weight loss drugs. By the time testing can detect it, they find a different weight loss drug. Also, water retention before a marathon is high due to taper and fueling, etc.

Anyone find it odd that Rupp has a slightly chubby face and chin, despite being low overall body fat? Is that a side effect of any PED use? Corticosteroids?

Yes and it sucks.
My arms and legs look great, really thin but its almost impossible to lose the belly. It sticks out, literally. Should I go for a lipo? Or do you guys have other tips?

this thread is about Rupp, not you, but according to a bmi calculator you could drop to 137.5 lbs with no ill effects. You can convert that to limey measurements. If its really such an issue, work on your core, stand more during the day, and get down to like 140 and see how you look. Some people have to have an Asbel Kiprop physique to look thin, even though they're in great shape.
Sorry man, didnt mean to take the spotlight away from Galen at all. Its just not important enough to open a new topic for so I took the opportunity when it was available in the form of this topic about Rupp.
Thanks for your answer.

Well, even though this very important thread is about Rupp and not you, I will answer your question anyway.
Stop drinking.
Yes, except mine is a 'beer' belly.
I don't drink alcohol.
There are things I could cut down on, like ice cream, chocolate. So if those things count as 'beer', you're right, should try that.
