You can correct a specific mechanical deficiency by concentrating on it, however, you will probably just shift the problem to another location.

Basicaly, it's simple therapy that is targeted to correct your posture which has probably deteriorated from years of excess sitting on your butt (I'm assuming you are not a full time bush hunter).
I've comlletely changed my gait after having read the book. I'm almost ready to take the next step and go to the clinics. My friend had been going for 6 years now and has had tremendous results.
Unforunately, most PT clinics don't address this problem because it is a long term solution and they can no longer afford to approach anything long term.
So, you can do this......or you can continue running with your foot pointing in the wrong direction.
