someone should quote tweet @WADA
No BLOOD testing OOC. The only myth is the Clean Innocent Kenyan.
That's not an endorsement of clean sport; they were notified of a test the night before...
EPO doesn't work on Kenyans anyways so testing them for it is irrelevant.
I agree and I'd add that if this were Rupp or any other NOP athlete, people would be going crazy that they would have advanced warning that they were to be tested.

Look, a convicted doper from the stable of one of the most prolific coaches in the world right now just admitted that Aden gave him "medicines". The boards were shockingly ho-hum regarding this revelation. Think shock at something like this is fairly par for the course around here. Callousing, continued exposure, and just being jaded on the subject have put you boys into a strange mood.
Meant *no shock
The board focuses on US /UK. People care most about NOP. I would lie,to see more follow up on the Aden story.Kenya and Ethiopia own the sport. They have so many great (and mainly clean) athletes but, if they want it to be taken seriously and survive internationally, they need to have stong testing at least for the people on their senior championship teams. .

This. REAL drug testing is unannounced.
I recall in college the athletic trainers would notify us the evening before. The next morning the football players were literally peeing "clear", because they were drinking gallons of water to "flush out" whatever was in their system.
That was "BLOOD testing OOC". Try to keep up.

I'm not saying that Aden is clean, but even if he's totally innocent you'd expect Driouch to say something like this to deflect blame away from himself. If he wants to prove that Aden was complicit in and even encouraged his doping, he's going to need something stronger than just "he gave me medicines"
Also even if its blood testing, microdosing EPO takes advantage of the night time "no-knock" window, and with the warning I they can skip their microdose and pass
If this is how they do all of the their out of competition drug testing then it would be extremely easy to micro dosing in Kenya. Very sad based on all that came out with the NOP micro dosing accusations and how easy it is to beat the tests if given a window.
How many phone calls is Galen getting the night before? You can make him the most tested athlete in the world and if given just enough of notice it would be impossible to have him test positive.
There needs to be changes made in the doping protocol if there is any actual interest by the IAAF/WADA to truly clean up the sport. Giving athletes a days notice is not it.

Proof is Lanni Marchant posted a pic on twitter shortly after reid. It's there.

Once again, in English, please.
5am test and they're notified the night before, so let's say 12 hours notice.
I know very little about doping so this is an honest question: what sort of drugs and doses does 12 hours notice enable for the athletes?
Half day notice and no blood testing. LOL. That's not testing.

Not sure how much clearer I can be. Go on twitter. Search for Lanni Marchant (Canadian female runner). She posted a message similar to Reid with a picture. There is your proof, but you make the call.
