Here's a tentative list for Indiana --- all these guys were multi-time state champs. Most, if not all, broke 9:00 for 3200.

Rudy Chapa --- still holds the national HS record for 10,000 meters at 28:32. Ridiculous.

Futsum Zeinasellassie --- 7x State Champ, NXN Champ, FL Runner Up (to Ches).
