I am so cheap, that to tape my nipples in the winter (rarely wear a shirt in the summer), I cut both ends off of a band-aid and place one end on each nipple. This allows me to use one band aid instead of two. Also, I do not remove the band aids; I just wait for them to fall off in the shower. One band aid can last me for over a week sometimes, especially if I splurged for the "Tough Strips".

As for me...it's not being cheap, but when I eat canned soup, I eat it right out of the can with only a spoon. No point to putting it in a bowl, using a pan/microwave to heat it up and creating more dishes. It's room temperature and it tastes fine. It drives my wife nuts. I tell her "well, if you were stuck in the woods, what would you do?" To which she usually replies "But we're not".

Everyday I bring my lunch to work. Usually a peanut butter sandwich (no jelly) and an apple. I take the sandwich bag home and wash it so that I can use it the next day.

I'm so cheap I run rather than play those silly sports where you have to buy stuff. I also sometimes attend pro track meets free of charge, watch shoddy livestreams of marathons 9 time zones away, and keep up with the news via Brojo interviews and message boards, rather than own a TV.

Sounds like you know the territory. Sorry bud.
Fortunately, my bride comes from a family of D-I runners (and she was a college cheerleader), so understands all the fitness "needs"... Road bike here, foam roller there, I have more pairs of running socks than she has outfits, and yes, I even band aids on my nips.
