Hey y'all. Before I start using spikes for my outdoor season I would like to ease into them because normally whenever I suddenly start using them I wind up with a lot of calf tightness that is sometimes hard to get rid of.
Would it make sense to try strengthening my calves as well with heel raises, and maybe do some weighted or other stuff in the gym?
And with that how would you recommend adding in the spikes?
