What the heck is happening to the Salazar guys?
Levins has run like sh&t since late June
Rupp has run like cr&p since late June
Mo was ok all summer, but now he is going backwards?
Cain didn't run well after last indoor season
What's changed?
They are all different ages. So they did not all get old at once...
It's not the drug allegations, since Salazar has said that he didn't do anything wrong (I mean accuse me of wrong doing and it will not affect me at all, since I didn't do anything wrong)
It's not as if they stopped taking specific PEDs, since as Salazar said himself, they are not on any PEDs
What is it?
Shut up you Stanford Weenies.
Literally no one besides Heath runs well at Endinburgh. Look at finishes of Kiprop and Bekele: Keep in mind we thought before the race Heath may have a shot. It's really not worry some at all for Mo.

This. Mo won multiple global titles, Galen ran one of his best 10000s ever at the WCs, Rowbury dominated all last year, Centro has proven to be consistently great, etc. Heath just ran an awesome race, but it's also super early season. Mo losing this means literally nothing.
Those half-Asians win occasionally at international XC races.

? Galen was 5th at WC. Remember that he is an Olympic medalist
? Centro was 8th at WC. Again he is an ex medalist.
Ok I gotta confess, I kept Mo up late last night enjoying a few very nice single malts.
I thought it'd fire him up in this chilly weather.
You must have accidentally not used the special malts sent to AlSal hidden inside of used large books. Be more careful next time.

Dude, it's mid-Janurary. The Olympics aren't until August. Not the time to panic. Heath should be justifiably emboldened by today, but Farah's not going anywhere. In 2012, Mo was beaten badly by Kipchoge at the Birmingham Indoor 2 mile, we all know what he went on to accomplish that summer.

No.
Mo won two titles. Not "multiple".
Rupp ran 27+ for that 10000 then got blown away on the last lap. The heat was not a significant factor. It was only 79 degrees. His almost inability to run sub4 a couple weeks prior shows this.
Rowbury did not dominate all year. She got beat several times.
Centro has not been consistently great. No medal and got 10th? in one of those races. That's not "consistently great".
Centro won 10th and 11th place at his two fastest 1500s last year.
1 is an integer as it is a number without a fractional component so 2 is actually a multiple of 1. If you have a different operational definition please share.

It's us! It's the LRC community that has taken down the evil NOP empire!
Hell YEAH!
Let me address the stupidity of a post below..

Mo did ok? Are you crazy. He won double gold at Worlds where the Kenyans gave him a real challenge in the 10k. Mo can't win in a slop fest and you are concerned? I'm not.
Rupp has run like crap? His 27:08 10k in the heat of Worlds is without a doubt one of his best races ever. I thougth it was very likely he'd break the American 5000 record after that (obviosly that didn't happen).
Hills?

Mo did ok. It was not the "season" of his life. If you believe that was his best season ever, please look as his prior seasons. He did very well however.
You think that Rupp was in American 5000m record shape in July/August/September? We must have been watching different 5000m races...

Running good XC baseseason results are as important to track guys as jerking off in the bathroom on a tuesday before hitting the bar on a saturday - not that some posters here will understand the difference because it hits to close at home.
Farah "couldn't sprint on the slippery surfaces" haha so soft.Garret Heath is a BEAST. All hail the KING of XC
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
