Training Plan
Monday- 6 miles total- Hard Workout of 6x1000m in 3:10-3:15 or
(1k at 3k pace + 2X 1min hill) x3 + 15 minutes core
Tuesday- 6 miles total- 4 mile easy tempo and 1 hour swimming
Wednesday- 8 miles total- Easy run- try to rhythm run- comfortably moderate but not a jog
Thursday- 4-6 miles- Hard Workout of 3x4x400m or 20x200+ 1hr 15 minutes weights
Friday- 9 miles- Long run- easy to moderate depending on how I’m feeling and 1 hour swimming
Saturday- 7 miles- Hills Workout- 8-10 x 90sec hill, 3x 10x20sec hill + 1 hour 15 minutes weights
Weekly total= 40-45 miles
Keep having injuries or getting sick. Suggestions to make training plan better would be great. Events mainly 800, 1500/mile and 3000/3200
