Obviously excluding sports that boys don't play, so field hockey and synchronized swimming are out.

Marathon.
Tennis.
It would be tough for any high school boy to beat Paula's world record.

Marathon.
Gymnastics?
I second tennis. Marathon I agree with as well. I can't think of anything else right now.

Marathon - incorrect: think Kenya and Ethiopia

The high school boy's marathon record is something like 2:23 by a relative no name. I am not sure what a top flight high school boy would run (especially if you include Japan in this assessment).

Not even trolling here, but there are things in competitive cheerleading (namely flying) that guys can't do.
Aside from that, long distance running is all I can think of.
Figure skating.
Tennis...No. John McEnroe, Boris Becker, Jimmy Connors, Andre Agassi, Matts Wilander, and probably some others were high school age and already world top 10 and/or major open event winners.

Both of these are wildly off.
Top high school marathoners from Kenya are going to be under 2:10.
Both Boris Becker and Michael Chang won Grand Slam Men's Titles when they were 17 years old. And you are going to tell me that a top high school boy could not destroy any woman player?!? Come on, now!

The cheerleading/gymastics piece all relates back to the strength/weight ratio that these "sports" exploit. You might as well say that no adult (male or female) can compete with the best gymnast in the world because the best gymnast in the world are pre-teens.

The question is whether a top high school boy CAN beat the best female pro (assuming of all time). The answer is yes, it is very likely, based on the following facts:
World Single Age Records- Half Mara
Men
15y101d 1:02:44 Alene Emere Reta (ETH) 25 Jun 1982 04 Oct 1997 Kosice SVK
16y316d 1:00:45 Faustin Baha Sulle (TAN) 30 May 1982 11 Apr 1999 Vitry-sur-Seine FRA

18y305d 59:15.8 Samuel Wanjiru Kamau (KEN) 10 Nov 1986 11 Sep 2005 Rotterdam NED
Billiards.

I think we agree my point was whether the OP was implying "US high school boy" in their question.
Okay so we are taking in the entire world. And just high school age kids maybe kids who don't actually go to HS.
Also are we saying at any point in history? Or right now this second?
Could an American HS boy win the marathon Olympic trials for women in February? ( I agree internationally some could do it)
Could a HS boy go out an beat Serena Williams this year?
Pretty much a misogynistic question again boys. What's the matter, tired of getting beat by high school girls? Girls have about 1/6 the amount of testosterone you do, so don't try comparing them.

No way on tennis. I'm sure we all know the story about the Williams sisters playing a chain smoker who was ranked 150 and getting killed even though he was taking it easy on them. The Williams sisters weren't at the peak of their powers yet, but they were easily in the top ten. Top high school boys aren't (usually) ready to turn pro, but they're much better than that.
