I might have to run a 800 in a 4x800m relay this weekend. I dont really run the 800 but I ran an indoor mile in 4:56 last Sunday. So my question is how fast do you think I can run a 800m indoors in?

Don't worry about how fast you THINK you can run it; just go out an run it! Based on your PR and how fast I was at the 800 when I ran the same time, I would say 2:10ish (plus or minus three seconds)
I would go out at a 65 400 and then hang on for dear life.

Just race.
If you are new to the 4x8, your coach will probably run you on an interior leg to take some pressure off of you.
The competitors on your leg will likely be closer to your ability. Take note of where you are and the gap to the competitor(s) ahead of you as you take the stick. Get out well... try to cut the gap by half in the first 100ish meters... settle in, eyes up and locked on to the the race ahead of you... gradually closing if you can. Then, go beat someone... as many as you can in the last 300M.
Have fun!
Note: If your coach thinks you may have excellent mid-distance talent, thinks you are mentally strong enough to handle a possible whipping and wants to test you, he may lead you off to make sure you have the opportunity to race head-to-head. In this be confident and... race!
I'd think a 2:12/13ish is a reasonable expectation.
