I need to know about how many seconds are added from one event to a longer event. For example, I am going to an all comers meet that has the 1500, but I want a comparable time to 1600 because that is what we run all season in high school. If anyone can provide estimate times that'd be great.
1500 time needed to get sub 5 1600
3 mile time needed to get sub 18 5k
3000 time needed to get sub 11 in 3200
