I do no know of my true sped in the sprint events 200-400 meters, but I do not know if I could run the 400 in less than 60 seconds. I most likely think that it would be around 59 seconds to 61 seconds
In my 800 meters record I ran splits of 65 and 71 seconds
I wish to know what events to focus on as I begin my base building phase of the training
