I ran with a group today and was dropped off a little over 6 flat pace on a very hilly 7 miles. I ran 21 miles yesterday and ran up a mountain at 10 miles. What advice do you have of what I should do tommorrow(Today if you get technical it is past midnight here). I also played b-ball preety hard a couple hours before. This was my longest run ever. Thanks for any replies. I just bought the Daniel's running formula book. I would be thankful on any replies about the book and about the post,thanks. (I know my grammar sucks and Im to lazy to care.)
