What's your age and max HR?
Also: how did you ascertain your max HR? Please do NOT tell us you used a formula (i.e., 220 - age, or 205 - 1/2 age). The formulas lie. The point of this thread is, in part, to provide evidence for that. My own example will get the ball rolling:
My age: 46
Max HR: 198
Ascertained: by running, on a handful of occasions, a hard 20-minute tempo run and finishing up with a brutally hard 800 WHILE WATCHING MY WRIST (Polar HR monitor), trying to extract every last beat. Using this method, recorded max HR of 192, 193, 198, and--once, on a hot muggy day--200. I'll play it safe and go with 198.
